There is no entry fee to participate in Walk A Mile! Instead, we encourage you to have family, friends and colleauges sponsor you or your team! Supporting this great cause is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3!

  2. 2. Once you are registered, visit "My Fundraising HQ" to edit your personal/team site, email friends, and manage your entire fundraising efforts! Everything is done right from this site!

  3. 3. Walk with us virtually until June 30 and raise funds and awareness to prevent domestic and sexual violence and child abuse. Prizes will be awarded to individuals and teams for the following: Biggest Fundraisers (Team & Individual Awards)

About Walk A Mile In Her Shoes®

The 5th Annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes® will be held on Saturday, April 29th in downtown Fairfield. This community awareness event led by The Center's White Ribbon Campaign and the Fairfield Police Department, is for all individuals, families and friends who want to take the first step to end violence against women and girls.

Registration is free and open to everyone—individual walkers, students, families, teams, and even pets are welcome. Fundraising and donations are greatly appreciated and will benefit The Center for Family Justice, Inc. We strongly encourage you and your team to participate in these fundraising efforts by setting a donation goal and working to achieve it.

Registration starts at 7:30 AM. Free parking is available at the Fairfield Train Station near 44 Mill Plain Road in downtown Fairfield. Program ends at the Town Hall Green with refreshments, speakers, music, and fun activities for kids.
